Once again the international fashion week has achieved special participations from Greece and abroad and is ready to present the new trends for S/S 2010 to the Greek audience!

AXDW will present 20 Greek and international designers in total:

• Angelos Frentzos - the international Greek designer lives and works in Milan. He is famous for his cooperations with modern artists , while he has show his work in places such as the Victoria & Albert Museum in London and theΤhe Kyoto Costume Institute in Japan .Angelos presents in Athens after 5 years and participates for the second time in AXDW. His collection is charecterised by power, new age and art rock elements, with basic colors: faded black, purple and green.
• Paola Frani - the Italian designer that we got to know through TSANDILIS stores, is one of the well known designers of Milano Collezzioni with sales from Japan and China to U.S.A.
• Ιoannis Guia - the Greek designer, who lives and works in Paris, is back in AXDW with a powerful show! In his ten year career he has achieved to exhibit in Louvre Museum, while he participates in Paris Fashion Week, every season!
• Miltos- Haute Couture designer, who is inspired by YSL, very experienced, well known for his elegant chic creations. He participates in AXDW for the 5^th time!
• Μac Millan - Jane McMillan comes from Glasgow and she is our guest designer-participant from Glasgow Fashion Week , with which we are cooperating. Mac Millan works with Central St Martin's College, she has worked for Jil Sander and dresses wtih her seductive outfits celebrities like Sarah Ferguson, Danny Minogue and Paris Hilton.
• Notis Panayiotou- the designer of the impressive jewellery, member of the board of the federation of designers in Cyprus, presents his collection for the 4^th time in AXDW for S/S 2010.
• Αndy The-Anh - Andy comes from Canada, for the 1^st time in Greece to present suits, egg shaped shirts, wide shoulder jackets in tones of blue, black and white. Among his famous clients is Iman.
• Theia - Τheia designs unique pieces in the patterns of haute couture, while she expetises in corsets with hints o f French vintage style She will present for the 1^st time her retro-futuristic collection in AXDW.
• Sense Nu by Dionisis Chalikias- behind the brand Sense_nu (in catalan " without nudity"), we find Dionisis Chalikias who will present the collection Fragile Beauty is inspired by the Age of Knights, the terrestrial,extraterrestrial and imaginary Amazons of the Middle Earth. The dress becomes once again the protection, the cover of the human body. It becomes the armour, which keeps safe the fragile beauty of the modern woman that lives in the city.
• Stelios Koudounaris - Stelios is a very talented designer and his new collection is characterized by a rock and wild elegance that shows off the woman's silhouette. Edgy proposals, with a futuristic attitude that keep a lining style of a modern minimal approach to femininity.
• Celebrity Skin by Dimitris Strepkos & Eleni Mparla- the successful duo that won the Best Designers & Best catwalk awards in the New Designers award of April 09, will present special avant garde creations in ice tints.
• Gregory Morfi - Talented Cypriot designer, who designers haute couture as well as prêt a porter. The theme of this collection is Africa and the basic colors are gold,brown, green and blue.
• Alexios Romanos - One of AXDW kids, Alexios presents his first complete collection of haute couture, with basic colors the classic white, pink and blue.
• Νew Designers Awards - the AXDW platform of New Designers always brings up new talents. The new designers that will compete for the 3 awards are Zina Glou, Paris Valtadoros, Darousso by Dusanka Duric, Bassam Dawood, Evangelina Kavroulaki και Nayo P. New Designers Award is the celebration of the new talents of fashion and has achieved great success.
• On the same day of the New Designers presentation, the fashion school PANSIK will show its students creations.

• A glamorous night of New Designers Awards
• AXDW supports this time the aims of Elliniki Eteria of Enviroment and Culture. Fashion with Social Responsibility: this is the philosophy of AXDW!
• A unique photo exhibition dedicated to the Modern Movement of 30s, with pictures of the most beautiful buildings of that decade in Athens.
• An open forum with the participation of university people, architects, businessmen and designers regarding the Modern Movement of the 30's
• An xclusive exhibition of the most fashionable covers of the biggest fashion magazines
• Live Booths by Best Radio,VFM and En Lefko. Music loves fashion and in every AXDW, well known radio producers perform live from AXDW venue!
• Dj's sets with radio producers in the catwalks.
